Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns for both new and slightly used items. You can return an order within 15 days after the purchase. The process is simple and hassle free. You will have 15 days to apply for a return or exchange. Please review the following for complete details.


Defective or Damaged in Shipping Merchandise:

Customer assumes all responsibility for any items damaged during use. CollectibleBlades is not obligated to accept any returns on items damaged by customers. We reserve the rights to distinguish items damaged in transit, defective, or damaged by customers. If you receive defective or damaged product please take the following steps:

  • Save all packing material and contact us within 48 business hours from receiving the order by either sending an e-mail to support@collectibleblades.com
  • You should call the courier company from which you received the damaged item and lodge a complaint. Then, please send us the complaint reference number.
  • Please provide your full name, order number, pictures of the damaged product and packaging along with a description of the defect or damage.
  • Once you notify us of of the defect or damage in shipping, we will contact you and begin the return process.
  • Upon assessment of the damaged or defective product, we will send you a FOC (Free of Cost) brand new item.

  • Wrong Item Shipped:
    If you receive the wrong item please save all packing material and contact us within 48 business hours. Contatct us support@collectibleblades.com and include your full name and order number. You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received. Once you notify us of the wrong item, we will contact you and begin the reshipping process with our shipping company.


    What is the refund processing time?
    Returns will be handled as soon as possible upon their arrival at our warehouse, this may take up to 3~5 business days.
    If after 5 business days, you haven't received your refund yet, send us an email to support@collectibleblades.com and we will be happy to investigate.
