We accept returns for both new and slightly used items. You can return an order within 30 days after the purchase. The process is simple and hassle-free. Please follow these steps:
Defective or Damaged in Shipping Merchandise:
If you receive defective or damaged products, save all packing material and contact us within 48 business hours of receiving the order. Email us at support@collectibleblades.com with your full name, order number, and pictures of the damaged product and packaging along with a description of the defect or damage. Additionally, contact the courier company to lodge a complaint and provide us with the reference number. Once notified, we will assess the damage and begin the return process.
Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong item, please save all packing material and contact us within 48 business hours. Email us at support@collectibleblades.com with your full name and order number. Once you notify us of the mistake, we will initiate the reshipping process.
You may apply for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If you received a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 business hours, and we will work with you to send a Free of Cost (FOC) brand new replacement item once the issue has been assessed.
